Pingnan to have fixed blood donation station

To solve the shortage of blood for clinical use, two blood donation stations will be set up in Gutian and Pingnan counties' hospitals. These centers were approved by Ningde's health and family planning commission, said the Min Dong Daily on June 14. Both the stations are expected to start functioning at the end of this year.

Different from traditional mobile blood collecting stations on busy streets, the two fixed blood donation stations can make voluntary blood donation more convenient.
