The Harbor Trade Zone, located in the southwest and southeast of the main island, consists of three neighborhoods: Jinjingwan, Jidiaogang, and Aoqian.

The Harbor Trade Area, located in the southwest and southeast of the main island, consists of three neighborhoods: Jinjingwan, Jidiaogang, and Aoqian.

Jinjingwan is the high quality coastal trade neighborhood with shopping malls selling Taiwan products, office blocks and dwellings with a sea view.

Jidiaogang, relying on the freight transport line to Taiwan, plans to set up a national open harbor and a special trade area directly supervised by the Fujian Branch of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, to develop shipping, processing and distribution of bonded goods, freight transportation, and re-exports.

Aoqian, with its planned area of 5 square kilometers, relies on the passenger transport line to Taiwan and the central fishing harbor, and develops comprehensive trade, deep processing of aquatic products, and trade of Taiwan agricultural products.
