A giant bridge in Lanzhou to finish in April

Xigu Yellow River Giant Bridge, a key project of the belt expressway in South Lanzhou, capital of Northwest China’s Gansu province, is estimated to be finished at the end of April, according to the Lanzhou development and reform commission, Lanzhou Evening News reported on April 2.
Xigu Bridge is a 1,003-meter bridge crossing the Yellow River, Lanzhou - Xinjiang Railway and Xining – Xinjiang Expressway. The bridge is a cable stayed bridge, with a 360-meter main span. The investment in this project has reached 60 million yuan ($9.66 million) so far.
Connecting Liugouhe – Zhonghe, Lanzhou - Lintao and Lanzhou - Haikou Expressway, the belt expressway in South Lanzhou is a part of Liangyungang - Khorgos Expressway (G30) and also a part of Qingdao - Lanzhou Expressway (G22).
