Gansu:University begins Russian program

Lanzhou University launched a Russian Federal Civil Service Training Program on Sunday. This program is among the many aspects of a collaboration agreement signed between Moscow State University and Lanzhou University in March, and is also part of a Russian government's cadre training program from 2010 to 2015. The program in Lanzhou is attended by 26 young cadres from various parts of Russia. Lectures on China's political, social security, anti-corruption and medical systems, as well as environmental protection and minority culture in the northwest, will be taught in the 14 days of courses.
