Gansu county sees bumper harvest of chiliesi

Gaotai county, around the city of Zhangye, Gansu province saw an impressive output of chili peppers this October, making it one of the province’s main chili producers, thanks to its favorable climate. The county sits along the Hexi (Gansu) Corridor, a historical route known for its chili’s quality and chili oil abundance and their bright red color. These tasty Gaotai’s products are very popular across China and are often sold to Shaanxi, Henan, Shangdong and other provinces.
