China Eastern to open more flights in Gansu

China Eastern, a Chinese airline headquartered in Shanghai, announced its decision to open four more flights at its subsidiary in Gansu to meet the increasing demand in winter at its introduction meeting on Nov 13, Xinhuanet reports. The Lanzhou-Haikou (MU2189/90) and Lanzhou-Dunhuang (MU2439/40) flights will open on Dec 1. The Lanzhou-Changsha-Fukou (MU 2177/8) flight will open on Dec 7, based on the Gansu department’s request. Airbus 320s will be used on the new routes.
