Gansu college student wins New Media Video film award

Northwest Normal University reports that one of its radio and TV students, Yang Bo, won an award for excellence for his micro film Elevator, at a Chinese College New Media Forum exhibition, in the city of Wuhan, Hubei province, in November.

The young director explained that Elevator is a love story that allowed him to describe a young person’s development and emotional changes in modern Chinese society.

The organizers of the Forum were the China Film Association, Wuhan government, and China Film Producers Association.
