New flight connects China and Russia

China Southern Airlines opened a new air route connecting Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu province, Urumqi and St. Petersburg, Russia on July 16.
The new flight shortens travel time from Urumqi to St. Petersburg to five hours, making it the shortest route from China to St. Petersburg.
Flight No CZ6035 took off from Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport, the first intercontinental airline launched from Zhongchuan Airport.
The return flight No CZ6036 is scheduled to leave St. Petersburg at 8:20 pm local time, arrive in Urumqi at 7:10 am Beijing time and reach Lanzhou at 10:55 am.
Flight CZ6035/6 will run every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday on a 380-seat Boeing 757.
