Fell in love with Lanzhou girl and noodles

Hin Wong, from the United Kingdom, is able to make delicious Lanzhou hand-pulled beef noodles after a month's study in Lanzhou city, capital of Gansu province.
Twenty-six years old, he is a general manager of a restaurant in Swansea. He was born in Wales where his father, a well-known Chinese cuisine chef, owns a restaurant.
"I was astonished when my wife first took me to have Lanzhou noodles. The delicious food and chefs' skill really impressed me and I decided to learn how to make them," said Hin, who recently married a Lanzhou girl.
Hin just had his wedding in Lanzhou and will leave for the UK after the Spring Festival. "I took the chance to learn authentic approaches of cooking these noodles from local chefs and plan to open a Lanzhou beef noodles restaurant in the UK."
He explained that the noodles are rare in the UK, "most people in my country only know spaghetti and instant noodles, and I expect the delicious Lanzhou noodles will be a hit."
