Ski in Gansu

Minle county, in Zhangye city, Gansu province opened the winter outdoor ski season at the Biandukou Ski Resort on Jan 12, attracting many locals.

Zhangye has three international skiing resorts - the Qilian Mountain Ski Area, Wenshu Mountain Ski Area and Biandukou Ski Resort.

To drive winter tourism, the city has improved service in ski resorts and held activities to encourage tourism for winter sports and snow scenery.
