Gansu's rural area gets new appearance

Yangjiashan village in Wudu city, Gansu province has a new appearance after years of construction.
The village boasts walnut and Chinese prickly ash industries and labor services at present, with annual per capita income of villagers reaching 3,970 yuan ($606.22), according to Li Xudong, Party chief of the Foya town.
Li said that the villagers take advantage of local specialties and combine economic development and ecological construction to generate vegetation coverage.
