From August 1 to 4, Li Pingli, Secretary of the Party Committee of the CGGC International, led a delegation to Nigeria for a research. During her stay, Li Pingli did site investigation to learn the progress of the CGGC's development of regional market in Northwest Africa, communicated thoroughly with China's Diplomatic Mission in Nigeria and representatives of Chinese enterprises in Nigeria, and talked with employees of Nigeria Branch.

During her investigation on the overall development of regional market in Northwest Africa, the delegation led by Li Pingli listened to detailed report about the development of this regional market by Nigeria Branch, and made in-depth discussions of the development prospect and potential and the next market development strategy of this regional market. They sorted through the ideas, unified the thoughts and enhanced the understanding so that the CGGC can better develop and take root in Northwest African region
During her stay, Li Pingli visited Tan Jian, Charge d'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Nigeria, and Mr. Zhao Linxiang, Chinese Counsellor of Economic and Commercial Counselors' Offices respectively. She introduced details of the CGGC's development history, layout of its overseas business and development of its business in Nigeria. Tan Jian talked about the important position of Nigeria in China-Africa diplomatic relations, the prospect of China-Nigeria relations, and the significant role of Chinese enterprises in the development of China-Nigeria relations in detail. They had extensive discussions in terms of the new thoughts, new methods, and new measures of overseas party building in different countries, cultures and ideologies. Mr. Zhao Linxiang expressed his hope that the CGGC will make full use of its advantages in construction technology, project management, financing, investment, etc., adopt operation mode of construction-investment integration and construction-operation integration, accelerate extensive capacity cooperation with Nigeria, bring China's competitive capacity of hydropower construction to Nigeria, work hard on excellent projects, and set a prime example for enterprises in China-Nigeria political and economic cooperation.
Li Pingli also had extensive communications with Nigeria branches of Chinese enterprises including Huawei, CGCOC Group, etc., in terms of the building, development and operation management of overseas branches and territorial party building.
Besides, Li Pingli had talks with all employees of Nigeria Branch of the CGGC. She had thorough discussions with them on a wide range of topics concerning the overseas professional career, from the prospect of the CGGC's development to the employees' professional career plan, from the employees' daily life to their latest trend of thoughts, and also gave them comprehensive explanations and guide, which greatly aroused their cohesion and enthusiasm for work.
Li Pingli was accompanied by responsible persons from External Financing Department, Overseas Offices Management Department, Financial Department, Division III of International Department and relative overseas branches.
