Zhanjiang-Macao cultural exchange to deepen
By Xu Lili Updated: 2015-06-29
A cultural delegation from Macao brought 81 calligraphy and painting works created by local artists to Zhanjiang on June 26.
A six-day exhibition that will display them aims to enhance cultural exchanges between Zhanjiang and Macao and promote their mutual flourishment.
The two regions have long been cooperating in the cultural field, turning such calligraphy and painting exhibitions into a regular cultural exchange. Early in July 2013, Zhanjiang organized a calligraphy and painting exhibition in Macao, receiving critical acclaim.
