Fangchenggang’s first day of the Spring Festival travel

Feb 4 was the first day of the 2015 Spring Festival transportation. The Fangchenggang North Station stayed in order as usual, transporting a total of 2,779 passengers with 1,121 arrivals and 1,658 departures.

The station strengthened services in ticket sales, security checks and passenger queues. Extra staff members and security personnel were deployed to guarantee smooth boarding onto trains and the safety of personal property. Dozens of volunteers were ready to help those in need. Moreover, passengers could find wheelchairs, medicine cabinets and needle and thread at the service counter.

Before the start of the Spring Festival travel period, Fangchenggang North Station had already inspected all of its facilities and equipment. It had also carried out an emergency drill to improve the emergency response capacity of its staff members. The station standardized the regulation of the station square, road traffic and parking lots to ensure the safety and convenience of passengers' trips.
