Guangxi's Fangchenggang released its first cartoon educational film on traffic safety at Fangchenggang Experimental Primary School on May 29.
The cartoon has a total of 20 episodes. Lasting two to three minutes, each episode mainly explains one key knowledge point of traffic safety.
Shangsi county's traffic police brigade started to plan the film in July 2014. The staff checked and modified the story, script, drafts and art over 30 times. The film came to its final draft on Jan 13 after more than half a year's effort.

The film was finished before International Children's Day, and the creator and producer of the film provided it on over 200 CDs to primary and secondary school students. They hoped more people will pay attention to road safety and create a better traffic environment for children.
