Guangxi top symphony orchestra performs in Fangchenggang

The Guangxi Arts Institute Symphony Orchestra gave a symphony concert at Fangchenggang Culture and Art Center on July 14, Fangchenggang Daily reported.

The concert included various symphony music, receiving round of applauses from the audience. The instrumental ensemble consists of four groups of musical instruments, namely string, brass, woodwind and percussion instruments, presented Fangchenggang fans with a rare symphonic feast.

The Guangxi Arts Institute Symphony Orchestra is made up of undergraduates, postgraduates and young teachers from the school's conservatory of music. It is Guangxi's best known symphony orchestra and ranks high among the other national symphony orchestras across China. It considerably contributes to the promotion and development of orchestral and instrumental music in Guangxi and provides outstanding music to local audiences.
