10th Vietnam-China International Business and Travel Expo to start in December

The investment invitation promotion conference, part of and a precursor to the 10th Vietnam-China (Moncay-Dongxing) International Business and Travel Expo, was held in Nanning, Guangxi, on Nov 11.

The expo as a whole is an important event in deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and Vietnam. It will be held in Moncay, Vietnam, from Dec 16 to 22 this year.

The expo is jointly sponsored by the investment promotion bureau of Vietnam and the Quang Ninh Provincial Industrial and Trade Office. The Moncay's people's committee and the Dongxing municipal people's government will co-organize it.

With the theme of "Cooperation, Friendship, and Mutual Development", the expo will include opening and closing ceremonies, a sci-tech economic achievements exhibition, a commodity exhibition, a press conference, an investment invitation promotion conference, a cross-border self-driving travel activity and an invitational golf tournament.

The business and travel expo has been held nine times since the cooperative agreement signed in 2006 between China and Vietnam. It has gained wide attention, attracted active involvement, and boosted the development of business and travel enterprises both in China and Vietnam.
