Zhao Kezhi voted head of Guizhou delegation

The Guizhou delegation to the first session of the 12th National People's Congress held their first plenary meeting on the afternoon of March 3, 2013.

The meeting was presided over by Zhao Kezhi, deputy to the NPC, secretary of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, and director of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Congress.

Zhao Kezhi was voted the head of the Guizhou delegation. Chen Min'er, Long Chaoyun and Zhang Qunshan were voted as deputy heads.

The deputies reviewed a draft agenda and a draft of presidium and secretary general candidates for the first session of the 12th National People’s Congress.

The first session of the 12th National People's Congress is a conference of great significance following the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. All the deputies should strengthen their sense of responsibility, focus on offering advice and suggestions, and make contributions to the conference, said Zhao Kezhi.
