The drought has brought damages to agriculture, especially the vegetable supply.

It caused a short-time market shortage, so the vegetable price has risen and the quality has deteriorated.

Considering the situation, the Guiyang Business Bureau, Guiyang Agricultural Commission and Guiyang Price Bureau have a meeting for stabilizing the price and securing an adequate supply.

More than 150 designated supermarkets and stores sells vegetables at the price of less than 15% of the market average to guarantee rational price.

According to the meeting, more than 150 designated supermarkets and stores shall sell vegetables at the price of less than 15% of the market average to guarantee rational price during the hard time.

In addition, the three bureaus will crack down on bidding up prices, hoarding and other illegal behavior to safeguard market order.
