The construction of an inter-city rail line linking Beijing to Zhangjiakou, Hebei province, will begin the end of this year, Xinhua News Agency reported on Monday. The train, which will provide a 60-minute commute between the two cities at speeds up to 350 km per hour, will service three stations along the 174-km line.
