Wang Wenlan, a world famous photographer, has visited Guizhou province more than once. The first time he came to Guizhou was to participate in an activity retracing the Long March road around the country 30 years ago, when he took numbers of precious photos recording its historical changes.
When considering the place for this year's activity of China in the Eyes of the Asian Media, Wang immediately chose Guizhou because he thought it is a place that can feed people's imagination.

He said that original ethnic cultures are well-preserved in many places in Guizhou because they are desolate and the economy is developing slower."The fresh air and clean water provide a comfortable living place for human beings, which can simply not be bought," he added.
When visiting Zhenyuan ancient town in southeast Guizhou, Wang admires the ancient architecture in Qinglong Cave. "The buildings are hidden in the cave and we can see extraordinary scenes all the time," he said.
