Tongren's first public SOE management personnel recruitment

The Tongren State-owned enterprises management personnel recruitment test was held on July 19 and 20. Thirty candidates took the test. It was the first time that the interview applied human-machine interactive technology to test candidates' organization and coordination abilities, communication skills, and emergency handling and problem solving ability.

It is the first time that SOEs in Tongren sought management talents from the public. Only 30 candidates were selected to the second round among as many as 84 candidates. The first round test mainly focused on the evaluation of professional experiences and performance.

The human-machine interactive test included four modules: management, management skills, management styles and deviation factor. After the test, the robot will process a comprehensive analysis based on the situation and the candidate's response and create a performance report.

"This test method is very novel, flexible and interrelated. If a candidate lacks certain logical thinking skills and practical work experience, it will be hard to get a high score," said a candidate after the test

According to the Tongren public election office, the score of the human-machine test will take up 20 percent of the total score.
