China Southern Airlines will launch the longest non-stop flight route in Chinese civil aviation history, linking Guangzhou with New York, according to its subsidiary in Guizhou province.
As the longest non-stop flight route, its one-way distance is up to 13,500 kilometers and lasts for 16 hours.
Luckily, the equipped Thales airborne entertainment system makes the long distance trip more comfortable by providing HD videos, video games, electronic books and 3D maps.
Also, the flight will be operated by the newly-introduced Boeing 777-300ER that has 309 seats, with four first-class cabins and 34 business class, 44 premium economy class and 227 economy class seats.
Flight CZ399 is scheduled to depart from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport at 1:40am, and the tax-free price of an economy ticket for round-trip is over 9,900 yuan ($1,608).
Not requiring a transfer in Shanghai or Beijing, passengers can fly directly to New York from Guangzhou. Please call China Southern Airlines hotline or go to the ticket center. Passengers with round-trip tickets who transfer from Guizhou province can also experience one-stop boarding service and a more flexible timetable.
