The Guizhou - Malaysia Tourism Promotion Conference was recently held in Guiyang, capital city of Guizhou province. The Malaysia delegates joined with top figures in the tourism industry of Guizhou province to talk about the mutual cooperation and development of Guizhou and Malaysia's tourism.

Invited by the Guizhou Provincial Tourism Bureau, the Malaysia team was composed of officials from Malaysia Toread Tourism Co, Happy Holiday Co, Imperial Tourism Co and Cathay Pacific Tourism Co, as well as 11 journalists.

They will conduct a field trip in Zhaoxing Dong village, Huangguoshu Waterfall, Xijiang Miao village and Libo Small Seven Holes to learn about Guizhou's tourism situation.

Guizhou has become a major destination for Malaysian tourists, with the number of visitors increasing with the improvement of Guizhou's transportation network and facilities in the scenic spots.
In the near future, Guizhou will work to promote its image at home and abroad and build the brand of "National Park and Colorful Guizhou" in order to make breakthroughs in Guizhou’s tourism market.
