Cheng Huiqiang, Assistant to the Director-General and research fellow of the Research Institute for Resources and Environment Policies, DRC, was invited to attend the Eco Forum Global Annual Conference Guiyang 2016 on July 9. Cheng delivered a keynote speech on low-carbon circular economy.
