Some 10 internet celebrities from across the country gathered to and promote the achievements of the big data industry in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province, on May 10.
The celebrities visited companies such as Truck Alliance, Kwinbon Corporation and Guiyang Longmaster Information and Technology Co, and learned about the applications of big data in daily life.

Located at the Guiyang Economic and Technology Development Zone, Truck Alliance has built a big data system network for logistics information on trucks in Guizhou province, facilitating freight and trade.

"Big data not only changes people's lives, but also benefits the upgrading and transformation of traditional industries," said Zhou Liangjun, a leader from the Weibo celebrities association in Guiyang.
"We knew that Guiyang Economic and Technology Development Zone was renowned for the manufacturing industries but didn't expect that big data is so well-developed in the zone," Zhou said.
