"It's delicious," said Thai princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in Chinese during her tour at Laoganma Company on April 6, a world-renowned pepper manufacturer headquartered in Longdongbao in Nanming district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Invited by China's central government, this is the third time the princess has visited the province but the first time she has come to Laoganma. Guizhou was the delegation's second stop on its seven-day trip from April 3 to 10.

A chili lover, Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn is a fan of Chinese culture and has been promoting cultural exchange between Thailand and China for many years. She has a keen interest in Laoganma due to its immense popularity.
During her visit to the manufacturer, the princess was introduced to the chili's production process. She shared her thoughts after tasting six different spicy flavors. "I always love to add some of the spicy sauce when I eat noodles", she said.
Established in 1996, Laoganma is now capable of producing three million cans of pepper sauce a day and has developed more than 20 types of products serving various customers.
It has become China's biggest chili sauce manufacturer and seller, with business in 80 countries and regions.
Astonished by the rapid economic and social development in Guizhou, the princess also enjoyed a tour of the Guian digital economy demonstration center, several big data enterprises and some poverty-relief projects on the same day.
