Major Contents: In General Provisions, the scope for application is stipulated. In Chapter Two, the definition of foreign trade operators is provided. In Chapter Three, the reasons for restraining and forbidding import and export of relevant goods and technologies are stipulated. In Chapter Four, the reasons for restraining and forbidding import and export of relevant international service trade are provided. In Chapter Five, it is provided that the relevant intellectual property right in foreign trade shall be protected by the State based on the laws and administrative regulations regarding intellectual property right. In Chapter Six, the forbidden activities in foreign trade activities are provided. In Chapter Seven, the events which shall be investigated based on the law and administrative regulations are stipulated. Foreign trade relief is also provided in the Law.
