This project is located in the east part of main city, and also east of future Handan main city,center of west"two cores" connection bands, the east part is the new Handan Administrative District and the south part is the planning Donghu Lake. The total area is 5 square kilometers, the region will build residential, senior Central Business District, a transport hub areas, the gateway and other supporting facilities.

The project is around Handan Station of Beijing-Zhengzhou high-speed railway, which is under construction. IV. Construction Conditions
Handan Station of Beijing-Zhengzhou high-speed railway, the Renmin Road via the project site and extend to Feixiang county, joint with Qinglan Expressway; Various infrastructure facilities in east new developed zone have been started and will be finished in coming years.

53. Menghu Lake Phase Ⅲ and Surrounding Area Development Project in Handan City
Ⅰ.The Project Content
Menghu Lake Phase Ⅲ and Surrounding Area Development project is located at east of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, south of Qinglan Expressway, west of Jingzhu Expressway, north of the north ring road, and the total planned area is 34 square kilometers. Menghu Lake Phase Ⅲ is located at the central postion of this region, total occupy 5 square kilometers, mainly for terrain finishing, landscaping and water surface construction. At the same time, not only construct some key project such as Media Building,Sport Center,Luxury hotel etc. around the Menghu Lake, but also develop Huangliangmeng Cultural Tourism Zone,Business and leisure areas, commercial and residential areas. The planned content is Business and leisure, Huang liangmeng cultural tourism, Olympic Sports Center, Media Center, Garden-style reception centers, residential development etc.

The project evaluated total investment is 1754.39 million dollars, of which: Olympic Sports Center 77.49 million dollars, Media Center 95.03 million dollars, Luxury hotel 43.86 million dollars, business and leisure investment 292.40 million dollars, Huangliangmeng cultural tourism investment 146.20 million dollars, commercial and residential areas investment 1099.42 million dollars.
Ⅲ.Construction Conditions
Menghu Lake PhaseⅠhas been finished, PhaseⅡis under construction. The surrounding land is pure one,dispense from removal and rebuilding. Shuyuan River and Fuyang River flow into Menghu Lake, to provide enough water resource for the lake.
Ⅳ. Benefit Analysis
Menghu Lake new zone is the key area of main city in the future development, Location, ecology and transportation advantages of the conditions are obviously, the real estate development is greatly potential. Menghu Lake Park orientate as an open eco-city park, recreational projects, large children's playground, business reception, and catering services are with stable return. Expected investment return rate is 10%, and investment recovery period is 10 years.
