The resort itself has three areas -- a service area, snow and ice entertainment area, and a leisure and recreational area. Its 8,000-sq-m multi-purpose hall has all the ski equipment you need, with 3,000 new sets of skis and 300 snowboards. There are other kinds of entertainment as well, such as snow tubing, snow cubing, and snowmobile riding, to meet the demands of winter sports fans of all levels and ages. Other facilities, such as the big dining room, hot drinks shop, ski equipment store, first aid station, and ski school provide even more services.
Xibaipo, the site of the Xibaipo Hot Spring Ski Resort, was always famous for its role in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression (1937-1945), but now is a popular winter tourism site for skiing, dining, and sightseeing, and can accommodate more than 5,000 tourists a day.
