Wuqiao, Cangzhou city in North China's Hebei province, about 293 kilometers to the south of Beijing, is well known as the birthplace of Chinese acrobatics.

Wuqiao Acrobatics Big World occupies an area of 200 hectares, and it is a large-scale and very splendid resort. It boasts of ten scenic spots, and condenses the thousand-year culture of acrobatics into one park. It integrates tours, entertainment, culture, museum, folk customs, acrobatics training, contests and communications, and displays novel and unique features of folk culture.

Wuqiao International Circus Festival, which is held biyearly, is one of the most world famous circus festivals.
