Ruzhou’s first complex project, Yu Run International Square, laid its foundation on Dec 31, 2012. The project is financed by Ruzhou Yu Run Modern Business and is located along the Xi Er River, north of Chao Yang Road. Attendees included: Ge Yuqi, executive director and vice-president of Yu Run Holding Group; Qian Yi, vice-president of Yu Run Holding Group and president of Yu Run Real Estate Group; and Ruzhou leaders Li Quansheng, Wan Ying, Zhang Liuhua, Chen Guozhong, Li Xiaowei, Ding Guohao, Wang Yingmin, Li Zizhao, Jiang Yong, Peng Qingwang and Zhang Wei.
Li Quansheng, a municipal standing committee member of Ping Dingshan and Party secretary of Ruzhou, announced the launch of the project at 10 am. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Wan Ying made a speech at the foundation laying ceremony. Related departments were required to strengthen the idea of “Integrity, Service, and Environment”. Reports also stated that propulsion problems related to the project should be solved quickly, conveniently and efficiently.
Qian Yi, vice-president of Yu Run Holding Group and president of Yu Run Real Estate Group, expressed that Yu Run International Square is an essential component in the Henan regional distribution of Yu Run Group and an important indicator of Yu Run’s joint prosperity with Ruzhou. The project will be conducted efficiently and under the strictest guidelines in order to create a classic building with good reputation.
Yu Run International Square covers an area of about 4 hectares with an overall floorage of 800,000 square meters. Its total investment is 3 billion yuan ($481,226). The square will combine shopping, recreation, catering and office facilities. Its annual sales will reach more than 2 billion yuan after its completion and will promote employment and development of related industries.
The foundation ceremony was hosted by Li Xiaowei, municipal standing committee member and discipline inspection commission secretary. Municipal leaders; relevant government officers; and principals from villages, towns and streets attended the ceremony.
