The people’s procuratorate of Ruzhou held a symposium on economic development service in Ruzhou, Henan province, on Dec 5.

Ping Qingwang, secretary of the Ruzhou politics and law commission; Hu Hongxian, Ruzhou’s vice-mayor; and Liu Xinyi, procurator of the Ruzhou people’s procuratorate, were on hand at the symposium.

Representatives of Ruzhou’s well-known enterprises and officials from related functional departments also took part in the symposium.

The attendees presented opinions and advice on how to improve the procuratorate’s economic services. Liu discussed the procuratorate’s work in serving enterprise development in recent years.

A reliable judicial environment is indispensable for an enterprise’s innovation and development, Peng pointed out at the symposium. The procuratorate served an active role in creating such an environment for enterprises by providing a judicial guarantee for them. With a comprehensive and service-oriented standpoint, it has taken various effective actions to protect the development of enterprises.

Peng also urged the related units to summarize their experiences in serving enterprises, as well as upgrading service level and quality, to create a fair judicial environment for the city’s enterprises.

Peng also encouraged the enterprises to enhance core competitiveness by promoting honest management, brand influence and scientific proficiency.
