Some of the buildings in Foton's Changsha industrial base have already been put into operation, with the rest to be used for manufacturing German Brock products.

It's expected that the first batch of localized environmental equipment adopting the expertise of the German road sweeper manufacturer to debut the market early next year.

Foton purchased the German sweeper manufacturer – Brock Kehrtechnik GmbH in November, 2016. The company occupies a market share of more than 20 percent in Germany.

To facilitate localization of the German products, Foton set up a subsidiary company headquartered in Changsha in September this year, which is committed to environmental equipment business.

It is set to realize the full series development of the environmental health business, and further widen clean source environmental sanitation automobile, environment processing equipment manufacturing and related industry operation, according to the company's website.
