The railway project of Gadabuqi Logistics Park, through which the Zhuengadabuqi land port in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region will connect with Northeast China’s railway network and enable cargo from Mongolia or Russia to be delivered to Dalian Port and Jinzhou Port in Liaoning province, has been completed and will officially go into operation on July 10 in Inner Mongolia.

The railway totals 58.61 kilometers with an investment of 1.03 billion yuan ($164.9 million) by Shenyang Railway Coal Group Co, according to Gao Zhiwu, deputy general-manager of the group. It will arrive in Jinzhou Port at the south end after linking with the East Ujimqin-Holingola (Inner Mongolia) Railway; while at its north end, a new Europe-Asia channel will be formed after it links with a planned Mongolia’s railway and then connects with the country’s already existing railways.
