IMAU opens Training and Research Center for Overseas Studies

Inner Mongolia autonomous region's first Training and Research Center for Overseas Studies opened in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University (IMAU) on June 3, coinciding with a pre-departure training conference of 306 students who will study abroad.

The Ministry of Education approved the center on March 11, through which IMAU will provide overseas studies services and organize training and research in this field. An official from the Ministry of Education was present at the conference, when he encouraged the center to provide overseas studies services of different professions in the region.

The Training and Research Center for Overseas Studies will be an important platform for international exchange and cooperation for the university, according to Xiu Changbo, head of the university's international exchange and cooperation center.
