More than 160 art and photography works created by Chinese and Mongolian artists were on show in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia from Oct 23 to 27
The exhibit was part of the first China-Mongolia Expo. It included calligraphy, photography, Chinese and oil paintings inspired by historical culture, landscapes and customs, natural scenery and social development.
These works embody the two countries’ cultures. Cultural exchanges between China and Mongolia not only promote culture but also further communication and understanding between the two countries' people, said one of the exhibit’s organizers.
