Inner Mongolia Agriculture University put on a training session for some students planning to go for study abroad on its campus, May 27 - 28, with support from China's Ministry of Education, the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Inner Mongolia's Education Department, and the university.
Taking part in the activity were Foreign Affairs Ministry and Education Ministry representatives who described the procedures for study abroad, and some teachers to provide more detailed information on life in other countries, as well as other staff to describe how to deal with emergencies and other aspects of their coming change of life.
This combined training session included lectures on psychology and traditional Chinese medicine, and daily health care. This university was chosen for the session because it has the only Center for Scholarly Exchange's office in the region and has done a lot in helping many students prepare for life and study abroad.
