Bu expressed that under the leadership of China’s Central Government, this congress provides an opportunity for plenary Party members to discuss and propose plans for the future development of Inner Mongolia. Party committees from county-level or village-level need listen to people’s voices and then bring to the congress. Also, delegates should provide feedback for regional policies announced during the congress for local residents, Bu said.
