This year's National Men's Freestyle Wrestling Championship opened at the Olympic sports center in the city of Baotou, Inner Mongolia on March 29 and will run through April 1, with about 400 contestants from across China.

Host of the competition is the State General Administration of Sports Wrestling and Judo Management Center with help from the Inner Mongolia Sports Bureau and the Baotou government. It comprises 8 levels -- 57 kilogram, 70 kg, 125 kg, and five others.
