New flight links Baotou with ROK
The first direct flight between Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and Inchon, Republic of Korea, left on Dec 3, marking the third international flight route launched in Baotou, reports Baotou Evening News.
The flight, operated by JEJU Air on a Boeing 737-800, is scheduled to fly three times biweekly.
The aircraft is painted with a photo of Song Joong-ki, one of the most well-known Korean actors among Chinese people, and has a capacity of 189 passengers.
The three-hour flight leaves Inchon International Airport at 8:05 a.m., and arrives in Baotou at 10:55 a.m. The return flight takes off one hour later at 11:55 a.m. at the Baotou Airport, and reaches Inchon at 2:20 p.m.

ROK has long been a popular destination for shopping and traveling. The Inchon International Airport is less than 60 kilometers away from Seoul, the capital city of ROK, and offers multiple options for tourists to get to Seoul, including metro and bus. The launch of this direct flight will boost the local economy of both regions.
Based in ROK, JEJU Air is one of the fastest growing airlines in the country. The airline company was founded in 2005 and has been expanding its scale in accordance with the customers’ requests and needs.
