Patients at Wuxi No.3 Hospital have been able to enjoy more online services through the hospital's official WeChat account since Nov 23.

The service, jointly developed by Wuxi No.3 Hospital, Tencent Company and China Construction Bank (CCB), provides user-friendly experiences for patients featuring online appointments, mobile payments, record checks and similar information. Patients can also check their patient reports and doctors' timetables through their mobile phones, which helps save round-trips to the hospital.
