The contest, which started in November, will run to November 2016 so that it can cover all four seasons. There is a deadline on the last working day of each three-month period for works of different seasons. The judges are members of the photography association of Jiangsu province and the Modern Express news center in the city of Suzhou, Jiangsu. They will select 200 photo works, with 50 for each season, which will be used for an album with the tentative title "Beautiful Kunshan in Seasons".
There will be one 1st place award of 10,000 yuan, two 2nd-place winners with 5,000 yuan each, and six 3rd-place winners with 1,000 yuan each. A few other participants may get a 500-yuan award for showing potential.
