Staff at Weifu Real Estate Management are working overtime in order to reduce the number of households undergoing relocation and to ensure that the relocated residents receive keys to new apartments as soon as possible. The sale of low-priced apartments is proceeding in an efficient manner as well.

The company, under the deployment of the real estate planning bureau and relevant streets, has successfully pre-sold more than 1,000 apartments in Xiaohaixingjia Garden and Haishangjiayuan since Nov 29, 2012. From Dec 5 to 10, 2012, the company arranged concentrated selling for the first batch of old houses from 2011, which totaled 217. The sales work proceeded smoothly thanks to efficient organization and steady maintenance.

Demolition and resettlement in the zone in 2012 covered 1.02 million square meters. Roughly 4,500 households have been resettled in the area. Five prefabricated house projects have been completed to date – including Xingyue Garden, Xingyi Garden and Changxin Garden. The cumulative total completion area has totaled 1.03 million square meters, altogether 8,488 apartments. In addition, 5,000 households have been relocated. Another 1,000 apartments have been pre-sold, and higher authority targets have been met. The number of households currently in transition may sink below 8,000 before Chinese New Year.
