In a bid to boost the popularity and reputation of the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area – located in Nantong city, in East China's Jiangsu province – it recently held a photographic contest, according to NETDA officials.
They said the event promoted its image as livable and dynamic place from the vantage point of multiple angles and panoramas, after the publicity department of the CPC NETDA working committee held the "Star Lake Cup" photography contest in 2020.
Officials said the winners' list was released recently. They said the event attracted the interest of a vast number of photography enthusiasts, who were eager to present the quality of the city's projects, its great environment and the improvement in people's quality of life, business services, as well as its cultural relics and development achievements.
NETDA officials said 40 exhibition works, 18 excellent works and 20 mobile phone works made it on to the winners' list.
The NETDA Free Trade Zone got the original go-ahead, on Jan 3, 2013, from the State Council, for a 5.29-sq-km area, in two parts.
