Changyinsha community in Zhangjiagang joined hands with local schools to host a series of reading promotion activities for students during the winter vacation on Jan 26.

In addition to reading, children also had the chance to learn about traditional folk culture and arts such as writing scrolls, paper-cutting, drawing New Year pictures and singing folk songs. The event aimed to enrich the children's winter vacation, by exposing them to Chinese traditional culture.
