Fruits from 35 agricultural companies and farmers in Zhangjiagang, eastern Jiangsu province, competed to become the best produce at a fruit selection event on Aug 6.
Participants brought 31 samples of grape, 17 samples of pear and 10 samples of peach to the event.
After two hours of evaluation based on shape, color, skin and taste, Jiangsu Shangang Eco-agriculture Technology Co, Weiliang family farm and Qiantaohui family farm won the top prize in their respective categories of grapes, pears and peaches.
