The 2019 Cross-Straits (Zhangjiagang) Agriculture Exposition kicked off at the Zhangjiagang Sports Center on Nov 8.
This year’s expo set up more than 250 booths which feature a wide range of agricultural products, including products from Zhangjiagang and its neighboring counties as well as featured fruits and snacks from Taiwan.
Agricultural products from Tibet autonomous region, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region and Guizhou province are also being exhibited during the four-day expo.
The expo also set up eight booths for leisure agriculture and 10 booths to promote agricultural tourism and agricultural product quality and safety supervision.
As this year is the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the expo added an exhibition area to showcase the history of Zhangjiagang port over the past 70 years.
