Zhangjiagang Elegant Home-Tech Co became the 22nd A-share listed company in Zhangjiagang, East China’s Jiangsu province, after it was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 23.
Commonly known as Eletile, the company priced at 12.9 yuan ($1.82) per share, with the stock code 603221. It is engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of PVC plastic flooring and has more than 20 patents. Its revenue for 2019 was 1.15 billion yuan and its net profits were 140 million yuan.
The company has been upholding the idea of safety and environmental friendliness. It has obtained an ISO9001 Quality Management certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management certification, UL Greenguard Gold Certification, and IAC-Gold (Indoor Air Comfort-Gold) certification.
In recent years, the Zhangjiagang government has been helping local companies go public, according to Shen Guofang, secretary of the CPC Zhangjiagang Committee.
“Eletile’s success was the result of two decades of hard work and will encourage more local companies to follow suit,” Shen said.
