Dagang Mountain wild leek (from jxxy.com) |
The wild leek favors humid mountain slopes at high altitudes and is rich in protein, coarse fiber, vitamins, carotene and more than ten kinds of trace elements.
It can be easily planted. During the growth period, it attracts no diseases and pests and does not need fertilizer.
When it is fried, its color is as bright as the original color. Often eating it may reduce fat and lower blood pressure.
